Pool Closing Policy

The pool will be closed under the following conditions due to inclimate weather. When the temperature is below 60 degrees, the pool will be automatically closed. This will be based on the weather forecasts for the day. When there is thunder and lightning, the pool will be cleared, and closed until the storm passes.

The determination to close the pool will be made in the morning based on the weather prediction for that day. Members can call the office for this information.

Swimming Pool Policy

  • Members and guests must abide by all swimming pool regulations.
  • All members must register at the Pool Registration Table, located at the top of the steps leading from the pool parking lot.
  • All members using the pool are requested to park in the pool parking lot.
  • Members desiring to use the pool for private parties shall make arrangements with the General Manager at least 48 hours prior to the date desired.
  • Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied and attended by a responsible adult.
  • The club is not responsible for the loss of personal property.
  • The charge system will apply to pool fees.

Guest Policy

  • All guests must be registered and accompanied by a member.
  • Guest fees are $5.00/child and $7.00/adult.
  • Guest pass booklets will be available through the office, they can be charged to your account.
  • Adult pass booklets (10 passes) are available for $40.00.
  • Child pass booklets (10 passes) are available for $30.00.
  • Pool Usage Considerations
  • Food and beverages are only to be consumed in the designated areas.
  • Members and their guests are not permitted to bring food or drinks in from the outside.
  • No pop bottles or glassware will be permitted within the pool area.
  • No running or wrestling will be permitted within the pool area.
  • Pets are not permitted within the limits of the pool area.
  • No one with open cuts, sores, or communicable diseases will be permitted to enter the pool.
  • Please advise the office or pool manager if you have a medical condition that requires special attention. Also, an emergency form must be completed for every child under the age of 18. You may obtain any necessary forms from the registration table at the swimming pool.
  • No bather will be allowed in or on the Life Guard chairs.
  • All swimmers must respect the whistle of the Life Guard.
