For your last full-blooded drive of the day, you are faced with a fairway that rises in front of you and slopes dramatically from left to right. Trees await on the left, but only rough on the right. Of course, since the hole doglegs to the left, the safe shot will mean an additional 20 or 30 yards on your approach. And the approach is blind to a small, bowl-shaped green. If you are on the left side of the hole, you'll need to draw your mid-iron over the obstructing trees. But, because the wind is often following and the green is slightly below you, a shorter iron than indicated should be taken. The green is well guarded by bunkers on the short right and to the left, and the undulations, while not severe, are interesting and difficult to read.
